啟德體育園今天公佈更多園區設施細節。佔地28公頃的啟德體育園除了提供多個世界級場館讓不同國際體育賽事和文娛活動上演外，更配備休閒遊樂體驗。其中，座落於園區內的「啟德零售館」超過70萬呎，由新世界發展旗下K11集團負責租務代理及營運，是全港最大運動體驗及購物遊樂新地標。「啟德零售館」座落於可容納五萬個座位及配備開合式上蓋和靈活草坪系統的啟德體育園主場館旁，另外更可步行直達共三萬二千呎的維港畔特色美食海灣，為旅客及市民提供一站式運動與休閒、娛樂、餐飲及購物體驗。 「啟德零售館」的主建築共三座，每座最多有五層，將雲集超過200家零售及餐飲店舖，為全港首個最齊全、集最多獨家運動購物及遊樂體驗於一身的購物新地標，當中運動購物及遊樂體驗店佔三分一，館內亦設有運動學院，由專業運動員教練教授奧運運動項目，是全港最多專業運動員教練集中地及奧運項目運動學院。零售館由700米的體育大道與園區相連接，讓市民及旅客穿梭其中享受運動、購物及消閒的樂趣，預計「啟德零售館」最快可於2024年下旬落成。 運動購物及遊樂體驗店佔三分一 700米體育大道貫穿啟德體育園區 啟德體育園區內逾70萬呎的零售及餐飲設施，由700米體育大道連接貫通，為市民提供一站式運動與休閒、娛樂及購物體驗。「啟德零售館」內三分一的零售商將為市民提供嶄新的運動體驗，當中adidas運動體驗概念店將透過創新科技打造運動生活美學，展現運動狂熱；Decathlon運動體驗概念店也展示領先創新的運動技術及運動生活概念；而National Geographic apparel 的全新概念店帶來可由日常生活至野外探險的穿搭體驗；來自日本充滿元氣的遊戲機中心NAMCO即將進駐啟德，為顧客提供安心、安全的遊樂空間，並帶來歡樂的遊戲體驗。 九龍東最多餐飲概念 獨有三萬二千呎維港畔特色美食海灣 「啟德零售館」將會有超過70間中、日、韓、東南亞及歐美等多國美食餐廳，囊括米芝蓮推介及九龍首店，包括連續十年榮獲米芝蓮推介的拉麵「麵鮮醬油房周月」九龍首店、全新日本天婦羅丼品牌「魚天」 、戶外寵物餐廳、全天候運動酒吧，以及近二萬呎的美食廣場，當中更引入本地特色餐飲，例如本地朝啡夕酒café「山旮旯」、本地手工烘焙麵包店「品穀」、主打招牌梳乎厘厚班戟的新派多國菜「the Pantry」。而「Greyhound Café」、「王家沙。花樣年華」、新加坡菜「咖吔」及日式料理「Nami Izakaya 浪。居酒屋」亦即將進駐零售館。 此外，一眾日系品牌亦會為「啟德零售館」的顧客帶來日式零售體驗，例如日本新型生活超市「AEON STYLE」亦將進駐零售館內。 作為香港歷來最大型的體育基建項目，啟德體育園的主要設施預計可分階段於2024年年底前竣工。我們期待在不久的將來為香港帶來嶄新及多元化的大型體育盛事，以配合政府落實體育普及化、精英化和盛事化的政策目標。

啟德體育園主場館上蓋的第一段大型預製構件今日（九月十三日）早上由廣東中山經海路運抵香港，標誌着啟德體育園工程將邁進一個新的施工階段。
