Ticketing - Terms & Conditions
- No ticket scalping is allowed. Kai Tak Sports Park Limited (KTSPL) and the event organiser reserve the right to void any ticket if it is used, resold, shared or used for any commercial purposes or association.
- You may be subject to a bag/other search prior to entering the venue.
- All tickets must be purchased from official ticketing agents.
- KTSPL and the event organiser reserve the right to make the final decision in case of any entry ticketing related disputes.
- The ticket holder agrees to abide by the applicable rules/regulations of Kai Tak Sports Park, the event organiser and the official ticketing agent. These may be amended from time to time, and use of this ticket by the ticket holder shall be deemed as express acceptance of these rules/regulations.
- Patrons are not permitted to bring food and beverage into the venue.
- No unauthorised commercial, marketing, busking or political activities are allowed.
- KTSPL reserves the right to remove from the venue any person who in its opinion has breached the rules and regulations of Kai Tak Sports Park.
- KTSPL is not liable for any loss or damage you suffer as a result of any event being cancelled, postponed or changed. KTSPL disclaims any liability, whether under contract or tort or otherwise, for any accident, damage, loss or injury to any persons or property at Kai Tak Sports Park to the extent permitted by applicable laws.
- Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied at all times by an adult or legal guardian with a valid event ticket.
